Every piece leaving Planet INU is made with intention. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right — no runaround.

Exchanges Only

We don't offer refunds. All sales are final. What we do offer is a straightforward exchange — because we believe in the product and we believe in you.

Exchange Window

Reach out within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we're unable to process exchanges.

What's Eligible

All items are eligible for exchange — caps, apparel, everything. Your item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in its original packaging.

How to Start an Exchange

Email us at thejamelshow@gmail.com with your order number, what you received, and what you'd like instead. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
